Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the store and its Associates to achieve sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement goals.;
Build and drive a culture of continuous improvement and change behavior to positively impact the customer experience and associate morale.;
Oversee Front End, Bookkeeping, Courtesy, Scanning and Shop Rite From Home operations where appropriate.;
Coach, mentor, and encourage Associates to be successful and provide ongoing feedback.;
Ensure training and adherence to company policies and procedures and labor laws; manage staffing to meet store goals.
