Photo Booth Operator & Sales Associate

About the Role

Join JJ Entertainment as a Fiesta Booth Operator & Sales Associate, where you’ll gain hands‑on experience in event operations, sales, and marketing while making money. This is an ideal opportunity for Rutgers undergrad students looking to build business skills in a fun, high‑energy industry!

This role allows you to maximize earnings in two ways:

• Flat Fee per event for operating the Fiesta Booth
• Commission on sales for booking new clients

• Transport, set up, and operate the Fiesta Photo Booth at events.
• Assist guests with taking photos, sharing on social media, and ensuring a great experience.
• Troubleshoot minor technical issues if needed.
• Maintain booth cleanliness and ensure proper handling of equipment.

• Identify and reach out to potential clients (bars, nightclubs, schools, corporate events, weddings).
• Pitch & sell Fiesta Booth packages to event planners, business owners, and venues

• Build a lead pipeline through networking, cold messaging, and social media outreach
  .
• Collaborate with our team to promote the Fiesta Booth online and drive bookings.

• Learn & apply sales techniques to close deals and increase bookings.
• Manage client follow‑ups and maintain relationships to generate repeat business.
• Work closely with the team to analyze marketing efforts & optimize strategies
  .

• Rutgers University undergraduate student (preferably studying Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields).
• Must have a vehicle to transport the Fiesta Booth to events.
• Outgoing, comfortable talking to people, and able to sell & market effectively.
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, event planning, and social media.
• Self‑motivated & driven – excited to make commissions on top of event fees.
• Reliable & professional – can commit to event schedules & responsibilities.
• Basic experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Tik Tok marketing (preferred but not required).
• No experience? No problem! We provide training for the right candidate.
