Per Diem Shifts (Salary Range: $20 per Hour)

Care One at Somerset

The Driver will be responsible, but is not limited to:

* Deliver supplies and medication to patient's/nursing homes

* Maintain appropriate documentation (i.e. delivery tickets)

* Pick up, clean and calibrate equipment as required

* Perform small maintenance on vehicle

* Maintain vehicle mileage/vehicle check log and service schedule

* Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policy

* Properly exchange Emergency Kits (E-Kits) at facilities.

* Maintain custody of controlled medications until delivery and return delivery documentation as required.

* Ensure communication with delivery supervisors for additional assignments prior to ending the shift.

* Able and willing to drive in various weather conditions

* Maintain a clean work environment (i.e. leave the delivery vehicle interior clean).

* Become familiar with all delivery routes, entire delivery area, and be able to efficiently adjust the route for weather conditions and construction.

* Report delivery vehicle concerns to Driver Services Supervisor for correction.

Position Requirements :

* High School Diploma or equivalent

* One year of driver services experience

* Must be reliable and dependable

* Organizational and communication skills

* Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment

* Ability to prioritize and organize work
