Position: JOB SITE FOREMAN - MANAGER

Responsibilities

Manage all projects for our construction trades.

Create and coordinate schedules for all our trades, ensure all projects are fully staffed and complete the construction process within a STRICT start to finish timeline [completion time will vary depending on project size, site and weather conditions]. This will be accomplished by constant communication between crews and each project contact. You MUST have foresight of upcoming jobs and make a plan for material delivery, labor and equipment.

With approval, hire full-time and temporary laborers to contribute to each project. You are responsible to assess upcoming work load and securing enough labor to handle the ebbs and flows of work load. This goes for each trade.

Check job site safety. You are responsible to hold weekly “Tool Box Meetings” with the crews and obtain signatures from the attending individuals.

Check quality and control of installation. You are responsible in making sure each crew is installing according to “Best Practices” of their own trade. This will be done through punch lists and random job site visits.

Drive cost-effective project management techniques and strategies in the field. For example, this can be done by making sure crews are using materials efficiently. Or, effective scheduling & planning.

Maintain constant communication with clients and crews at the start of the project through closing process.

Qualifications

Must be bilingual Spanish - English
Must have a valid drivers license
No criminal background
Subject to random drug testing

Additional Information

Experience with residential exterior trades is preferred, however we are willing to train the right candidate.
