We are seeking a motivated and dependable Skilled Laborer to join our excavation team. This is

a hands-on, physically demanding position that requires being on your feet all day, working

outdoors in all conditions, and assisting operators and crews with excavation projects.

• Set up and operate laser levels for grading and excavation work
• Assist in site preparation, trenching, and grading tasks
• Work alongside operators to ensure accuracy and efficiency on job sites
• Perform manual labor such as shoveling, raking, lifting, and carrying materials
• Maintain safe and clean work areas
• Follow directions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members

• Previous experience in excavation or construction preferred
• Ability to set up and read laser levels for grading (training available if needed)
• Strong physical stamina - able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors all day
• Must have valid drivers license & reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Ability to work in a team environment and take direction well
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and commitment to safety
