Insurance Customer Service Rep

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented Front Office Insurance Agent to join our team full time 9-5. This role is the first point of contact for our clients—both in person and over the phone—and plays a key part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly.

• Answer incoming phone calls and assist clients with policy questions and general inquiries
• Help customers with billing questions, payments, and account updates
• Greet and assist walk-in clients in a professional and welcoming manner
• Support agents with billing and basic service requests (training provided)
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Assist with emails and general administrative tasks
• Ensure a positive client experience from start to finish

• Previous customer service preferred
• Strong communication and phone skills
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry, office software)
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset
• Insurance experience or license not required (Will be required to pass the Property and Casualty Insurance Exam within 6 months of being hired)
