At Greenix our Retention Professionals receive inbound calls from our current customer base. Successful Loyalty Agents determine customer needs and root concerns and provide a white-glove experience resulting in delighting the customer. $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year with Paid training (Hourly + Commission).

* Qualifications:

*** High school degree or Equivalent required. College degree a plus
* Prior sales or retention experience a plus
* Ability to work designated full time shift
* Proficient with basic computer functions and the ability to utilize software, databases, scripts, and other tools appropriately
* Ability to pass a background check
