As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for quickly and accurately resolving customer inquiries, anticipating their needs, coordinating with other agency team members, deepening relationships and supporting our clients. In this dynamic role, you will leverage your exceptional service skills, product knowledge, and resource advocacy to deliver effortless experiences that exceed our clients' expectations.

• Create an effortless service experience using a customer-focused, needs-based review process to quickly and accurately solve their problem on the first call.
• Establish and maintain deep customer relationships, educate about insurance options and follow-up as needed.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.

• Ideal candidate will have 1-3 years prior experience in Property & Casualty; prior State Farm experience preferred
• Will assist a highly motivated individual secure Property & Casualty and Life/Health License licenses

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent who exclusively markets State Farm Insurance and financial service products. Compensation: $40,000 to $65,000 per year
