The Animal Care Center is seeking a Part-Time Client Service Representative to join our team!

* This position is Part-Time with the possibility of becoming Full-Time

* Must be able to lift 30lbs

* Basic math and writing skills

Responsibilities include:

* Interacting with clients and coordinating communication between doctors, assistants and the clients

* Providing top-notch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs

* Answer and triage phone calls from clients

* Schedule appointments and procedures, monitor client flow from check-in to check out

* Discharge patients

* Managing record and medication refill requests, client education

* assisting in keeping our hospital clean
