Customer Experience Representative

We are building a high-performance insurance agency focused on Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance. As we scale, delivering a seamless and professional client onboarding experience is critical. This role ensures every new client feels confident, informed, and taken care of from day one.

• Manage the full onboarding process for all new clients
• Review policies for accuracy and completeness before binding
• Ensure all documents, signatures, and payments are completed correctly
• Proactively communicate with clients during onboarding
• Coordinate between sales and service teams for smooth transitions
• Set expectations with clients on billing, coverage, and next steps
• Identify cross-sell and coverage gap opportunities
• Maintain clean and accurate CRM/agency management system records

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License REQUIRED (or willing to obtain license)
