Role Description

We are seeking a talented and driven investment professional to join our on-site Advisor Support Team, based in Bountiful, UT. The ideal candidate will possess strong working knowledge of the Envestnet platform and serve as a key liaison between financial advisors, internal operations teams, custodians, and the Envestnet system.

Core responsibilities include supporting workflows related to proposals and new account onboarding, account setup and maintenance, service requests, portfolio reporting, and client portal tools. This individual will play an integral role in helping financial advisors and wealth management professionals deliver exceptional service and operational support to clients.

The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in advisor support, client service, or operations within an RIA, broker-dealer, or asset management firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience — ideally strong expertise — with the Envestnet platform, including:
  Proposal generation and new case support, Account setup and maintenance, Service request workflows, Portfolio reporting and Client portal tools
• Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Solid understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to compliance standards
• Series 65/66
• Experience with financial planning or CRM software is a plus
