Seniors Helping Seniors in-home care services brightens the lives of seniors who can benefit from a little assistance, support, and a friendly smile. Our caregivers make life a little easier by providing compassionate care in the comfort of our care receiver’s home. We empower our care receivers to continue to live independent lives by providing companionship and taking care of day-to-day, non-medical tasks and activities of daily living.

One important aspect of our services is providing companionship to those we serve. To do so, we commit to pairing caregivers with care receivers who share similar interests and backgrounds. This ensures a mutually beneficial relationship that helps to encourage a deep and meaningful connection.

We are seeking passionate, active, mature adults who have CNA experience. Companionship and homemaker responsibilities may include:

Provide Companionship Assist with Light Housekeeping (e.g., laundry, vacuuming, washing dishes, etc.)Shopping and Errands Meal Preparation Medication Reminders Pet Care Incidental Transportation (e.g., doctor’s appointments, family, restaurant, etc.)Personal care responsibilities may include:

Assist with Dressing Assist with Ambulation Assist with Feeding Assist with Showering / Bathing Mobility Assistance Assist with Toileting / Incontinence Assist with Transferring Memory Care Other Responsibilities Arrive on-time for all services

Maintain documentation of all services provided

Record and report changes in the client’s physical condition, behavior or appearance

Communicate regularly and proactively with our office team, including adequate notice if you need a schedule change or cannot make a scheduled appointment

Participate in relevant in-service opportunities and other informational meetings

Required Qualifications Valid Utah driver’s license, reliable and insured transportation

Ability to perform light physical activity including frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Current or past CNABy law, background check, fingerprinting, and tuberculosis (TB) screen are required

Preferred Qualifications Experience in caregiving for seniors

Compassionate, upbeat, and intuitive with an empathetic and patient-centered approach

Reliable and punctual

Positive attitude and dedication to our mission

Ability to follow detailed instructions to execute client’s care plan Maturity to deal effectively with the demands of the jobBe proactive to find other ways to help our seniors once all tasks have been completed

Proficient with smartphone
