OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT - FULL TIME - SOUTH DAVIS - BOUNTIFUL, UT

South Davis in Bountiful, UT is a post‑acute care facility offering long‑term and short‑term care and geriatric services. We provide a stable in‑house therapy team to support our geriatric clientele in their recovery journey.

• Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatment interventions to patients with cognitive and/or physical functioning disorders under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Administer rehabilitation procedures, including ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices under Occupational Therapist supervision.
• Assess patient progress and communicate with supervising Occupational Therapist to adjust treatments per regulatory and clinical practice requirements.
• Report treatment outcomes effectiveness to the supervising Occupational Therapist.

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Hold a current and active State license/registration where applicable.
• Candidates with all levels of experience are welcome.
