Location & Schedule520 East Medical Dr., Bountiful, UT 84010
Monday – Friday, 6:45am – 3:15pm
- Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information.
- Process billing information and collect payments when required.
- Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis.
- Maintain patient and specimen information logs.
- Provide superior customer service to all patients.
- Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current or prior Labcorp experience.
- One or more years of experience working as a phlebotomist.
- Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency.
- Ability to pass a standardized color‑blindness test.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Comfortable working under minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
- Phlebotomists may be eligible to participate in the Phlebotomy Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
- Comprehensive benefits for employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week, including medical, dental, vision, life, STD/LTD, 401(k), paid time off (PTO) or flexible time off (FTO), tuition reimbursement, and employee stock purchase plan.
- Employees scheduled for less than 20 hours, casual, intern, and temporary hires are eligible to participate only in the 401(k) plan.
- Employees on a 7‑on/7‑off schedule receive all above benefits except PTO or FTO.
