• 40 patient‑facing hours, 4 days per week.

• Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• Other certification as required (e.g., ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

• One (1) or more years of experience preferred.
• Master’s degree from an accredited institution; degree will be verified.

Hourly rate: $57.33 – $88.47 (actual rate dependent on experience).
