Life Enrichment Assistants facilitate planned activities in a retirement community for both assisted living and memory care units. This includes leading exercise classes, sing-alongs, brain power activities, sports and art classes, and reading sessions. The role requires flexibility, dependability, the ability to work well under pressure, and a self‑starter attitude.

• Assist in planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the activity programs of the community.
• Observe resident attendance, mood, behavior, and degree of involvement so that facility activities and resident progress are evaluated.
• Involve the resident/family in planning activity programs when possible.

• Must be flexible, dependable, work well under pressure, and be a self‑starter.
• Able to move at least 50 pounds, including tables and chairs on a regular basis.
