Housekeeper, Maintenance​/Cleaning

, you’ll bring extensive housekeeping experience, leadership, and a strong commitment to service to the daily operation of our community.

In this role, you’ll help set the standard for housekeeping excellence while serving as a leader and mentor to your fellow team members. You’ll help coordinate daily priorities, maintain inventory and supplies, support cleaning protocols, respond to resident concerns, and collaborate with other departments to keep the community operating smoothly.

• Competitive Pay - hourly.

• Serve as a leader, mentor, and resource for housekeeping team members by providing training, guidance, and ongoing support.
• Help establish, maintain, and implement housekeeping procedures, cleaning protocols, and service standards.
• Coordinate daily housekeeping priorities based on resident needs, building schedules, and operational requirements.
• Inspect resident apartments, rooms, common areas, and other community spaces to ensure cleanliness and sanitation standards are consistently maintained.
• Handle specialized cleaning projects and provide support during periods of increased housekeeping demand.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and other housekeeping materials.
• Coordinate supply and equipment orders as needed to ensure the department has the resources necessary to operate effectively.
