Practice Manager
The Practice Manager leads ambulatory care operations with a focus on patient and caregiver safety, quality of care, patient experience, equity, access, financial stewardship, caregiver engagement, and growth. The role includes employment decisions, supports ancillary services, and collaborates with physicians, APPs, and caregivers across 1–4 clinics.
Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and foster a culture of accountability for ambulatory care operations.
- Ensure excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance, patient experience, equity, and access to care.
- Oversee financial stewardship, including budget management and resource utilization.
- Make employment decisions such as hiring, performance evaluations, coaching, and corrective actions.
- Support ancillary services including human resources and information systems.
- Collaborate with 5 to 13 physicians/APPs and 12 to 30 caregivers.
- Manage 1 to 4 clinics and potentially multiple specialties across a market, requiring travel.
- Lead and develop up to 3 direct leaders.
- Leadership experience and the ability to inspire and motivate others to create a culture of accountability and teamwork.
- Capacity to develop a vision for the practice and execute plans to achieve that vision.
- Experience in a matrixed organization and ability to influence non‑direct reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience directing, supervising, and coaching front‑office staff.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in word‑processing, spreadsheets, and advanced applications (e.g., databases, presentations).
- Problem‑solving ability and capacity to address issues raised by physicians, employees, and patients.
- Experience managing a department budget.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

Schedule40 hours per week.
CompensationHourly rate: $34.01 - $52.51, dependent on experience.
