Part-Time Cook

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Cook to join our team at a large senior living community in Bountiful. Come join a team of dedicated, smart, and caring professionals as they work together to care for our seniors and provide them with the lifestyle they deserve.

Competitive wage based on experience: $16 - $18 per hour

• Part-Time Evening Shifts available. Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday Available.

Our cooks prepare high-quality meals in accordance with food health and safety regulations and company standards. To be a successful cook, you will need to be quick and diligent, able to follow instructions, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Assists in maintaining a well-organized and efficient food service department
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all basic food production skill sets with the ability to perform these error-free and meet the company quality standards
• Prepares and serves attractive, nutritious meals in an organized manner

• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position.
• Experience and/or knowledge of special diets, meal preparation for large groups preferred
• Safe food handling techniques are required
• Ability to read and understand recipes
• Work in a team environment
• Work flexible shifts
• Handle multiple tasks at one time and communicate effectively verbally and/or in writing.
