Full-Time | $65K–$150K+ | Base + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

As a Family Service Advisor, you will walk with families through meaningful decisions—helping them plan, prepare, and find peace of mind. This is not transactional work. It requires presence, compassion, and follow-through.

  • Meet with families and guide them through pre‑planning with care and clarity
  • Educate—not sell—so families can make confident decisions
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline through daily outreach and follow‑up
  • Stay consistent with activity expectations that drive appointments and results
  • Communicate clearly with your team to ensure families are fully supported
  • Represent a trusted organization with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

What We’re Looking For
  • Sales or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and emotional awareness
  • A service mindset
  • Coachability and willingness to grow
  • Ability to work a rotating Monday–Saturday schedule
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • High school diploma required (college preferred)
