Position:
Sales Representative and Field Trainer

We are looking for current or former athletes with a competitive mindset to join our dynamic sales team. This position focuses on selling supplemental insurance products and coaching new agents in the field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Make daily in-person sales calls to small and medium‑sized businesses in your territory.
  • Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers.
  • Connect with key decision makers at these businesses and schedule appointments to present our supplemental benefits programs in group or enrollment‑style settings.
  • Report daily sales statistics at the end of each day.
  • Submit your work schedule and goals to the team leader at the beginning of each week.
  • Attend business networking events in your territory to secure new leads and referrals.
  • Re‑service existing client accounts periodically and systematically.
  • Enter business client information weekly into the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and sales staff.
  • Leadership and mentorship experience or the ability to train others effectively.
  • Strategic planning and familiarity with effective sales strategies.
  • Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment.
  • Mastery of product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing to obtain a Health & Life producer license); licensing reimbursement is offered.
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 10 years of professional work experience; candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion are eligible.
