As the face of our company, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by engaging directly with homeowners, providing expert roofing solutions, and building lasting value within our community.

This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Your primary objective is to drive growth through proactive outreach and expert relationship management.

• Proactive Prospecting: You will take the lead in identifying new business opportunities through door-to-door outreach. We provide the territory; you provide the energy.

• Consultative Selling: You aren t just selling a roof; you are solving a problem. You will conduct site assessments, educate homeowners on high-quality product options, and guide them toward the roofing solutions that best fit their home and budget.

• Relationship Management: From the initial pitch to the final project inspection, you are the homeowner s point of contact. Building trust is essential, and you will ensure seamless communication throughout the entire process.

• Winning the Market: You will be expected to stay sharp on industry trends and competitive analysis. We are looking for someone who sets high targets for themselves and consistently finds ways to exceed them.

No prior sales or construction experience is required. If you have the right mindset, our Owner and Top Sales Project Manager will provide comprehensive, hands-on training to ensure you have the technical knowledge and sales tactics needed to dominate your market.

• The "Closer" Mindset: You are naturally competitive, self-motivated, and possess a "hunter" mentality.

• Reliability: You MUST have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver s license. You will be on the road constantly.

We know that top-tier talent expects to be paid for their performance. Our compensation structure is designed to reward your hustle, ensuring that your hard work translates directly into your paycheck.

• Base Pay: A reliable $250 weekly base.

• Appointment Bonus: You earn $50 for every qualified appointment you set.

• Closing Bonus: When you turn that appointment into a signed contract, you earn an additional $150.

• Weekly Volume Bonus: Momentum is key. If you reach 10 qualified appointments in a single week, you receive an extra $200 bonus on top of your standard earnings.

We know this is a performance-based role; if your total appointment-based commissions and bonuses exceed your weekly base pay, you will receive the higher amount. There is no ceiling on your earning potential.
