We’re looking for someone who has already used modern AI and automation tools in a real‑world setting and can help us level up how we operate.

This role sits directly between sales, operations, and growth.

Terros is a sales performance platform built for modern field sales teams. We help companies improve rep performance, increase revenue, and gain visibility into what’s actually happening in the field.

A Builder
You’ve built automations, workflows, or outbound systems before. Not theoretical. Real execution.

AI-Curious and Applied
You actively use AI tools to improve workflows and output.

A Systems Thinker
You naturally look for inefficiencies and think about how to simplify or automate them.

Execution-Oriented
You move quickly from idea to implementation. You don’t get stuck in planning.

Low Ego, High Ownership
You’re comfortable figuring things out and taking responsibility for outcomes.

• Build and optimize outbound workflows using AI and automation tools
• Reduce manual work across SDR and AE functions

• Improve how we identify and prioritize ideal customers
• Build better prospecting systems and lists

• Improve response rates, meeting conversion, and pipeline efficiency
• Identify gaps in the funnel and fix them

• Test messaging, tools, and automation strategies
• Quickly implement what works

• Introduce tools and workflows we’re not currently using
• Help us stay ahead in how we apply AI to sales

• You’ve spent time in sales, ops, growth, or a similar environment and understand how revenue teams work
• You’ve used AI or automation tools to actually build something or improve a workflow
• You’re naturally curious and spend time exploring new tools, prompts, or systems
• You’re comfortable working across different tools, data, and processes
• You take ownership and like solving problems without needing step‑by‑step direction

• ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini
• Clay
• Apollo
• Zapier
• Salesforce
• OpenAI API or other LLM APIs
• Shortcut, Airtable, or similar internal tooling
• Other AI agents, scraping tools, or workflow builders you bring to the table

• Not entry‑level
• Not purely strategic with no execution
• Not a traditional slow‑moving Rev Ops role

We need someone who can both think and build.
