Retail Sales Technician

We are looking for a customer‑service focused Retail Sales Technician to provide technical expertise, troubleshoot and repair customer electronic devices, and drive sales in a dynamic retail environment. Starting pay is $17.00 per hour with unlimited sales and repair incentive potential.

• Provide technical expertise, troubleshoot, and repair customer electronic devices.
• Deliver a personalized, award‑winning customer experience using our ‘serve, solve, and sell’ method.
• Upsell Asurion products and achieve sales goals.
• Support market needs based on the business and store locations.
• Efficiently multitask in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Self‑manage and set priorities to meet daily service targets.

• 1+ year of customer service or retail sales experience.
• 6+ months of experience with product service support or technology repair (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• A passing background check (criminal and drug test).
