We are looking for a motivated, competitive, and relationship-driven Insurance Advisor to join our growing sales team.

This is not simply a quoting position. Our Insurance Advisors are expected to understand a client's needs, identify coverage gaps, compare options across multiple carriers, and provide professional recommendations.

Successful Insurance Advisors

• Build and manage an active sales pipeline
• Follow up relentlessly and professionally
• Write $40,000+ in new business premium per month
• Develop multi-policy client relationships
• Generate referrals from satisfied clients
• Improve their insurance knowledge and sales ability every month
• Take ownership of their individual production and results

• Competitive and internally motivated
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and following up with prospects
• Coachable and willing to work within a structured sales process
• Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline

• Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not required
• Utah Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; ability to obtain licensing is required
