• Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet.
• Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).
• Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers’ safety and well-being.

• Physical Stamina: This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
• Dependability: We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
• Strong Driving Record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
• Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
• Age Requirement: Insurance coverage requires employees to be 21 or older.

• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to dusk.
• Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Advancement to Route Technician with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM is possible based on performance and work quality.

• Full-time

Work Location: Field-based – You will be working on the road.
