Reports to:
Streets Supervisor
Salary Range: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour (depending on experience)
Position Type:
Part‑Time Seasonal
Hours:
Monday thru Friday - 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Under the direct supervision of the Streets Supervisor, the maintenance worker performs daily street repairs in the City of Bountiful.
Essential Job Functions- Shoveling and raking asphalt.
- Pothole repairs on roads.
- Assists with storm drain grate cleaning.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This is an entry level position, requiring no minimum amount of education or experience.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Must have a valid Utah Driver's License.
- Successfully pass a background check, a driving record check, and a pre-employment drug test.
