The Extension Educator role at University of Illinois Extension is a full-time, 12-month position based in Bourbonnais, IL, overseeing the development, delivery, and evaluation of 4-H Youth Development programming across Grundy, Kankakee, and Will Counties.
You will recruit and support volunteers, plan curricula, monitor outcomes, and build partnerships with schools and communities to empower youth and families through engaging, evidence-based programs.
