Senior Stock Worker and Receiver

Location: OLIVET NAZARENE UNIVERSITY -

Workdays/shifts: Mornings - varying days, and some weekends/holidays

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $15 per hour - $18 per hour

As a Senior Stock Worker and Receiver at Sodexo, you are an inventory expert and safety promoter. You will be responsible for receiving merchandise, unloading or unpacking it, marking it with codes for identification, stocking shelves, and helping customers place orders. You may work in a variety of locations including in stores, warehouses, stockrooms, and other storage facilities.

• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepare items for shipment.
• Receive, organize and monitor all inventory
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of storage areas
• Utilize computerized account payable/purchasing system
• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

• Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturers of a healthy/safe working environment for all.
• 2+ years of lead or supervisor experience or equivalent business experience.
• May require forklift operation certification.
