Hourly Rate: $23.36/hour plus production bonus
Base Pay for Electrician Lead: average $140,000/year

Basic Job FunctionsThe Electrical Lead will lead the electrical team, ensuring readiness to execute maintenance activities within a production environment. The role plans, sets goals, and coaches others to develop technical and professional abilities, coordinating electrical work for projects, repairs, and predictive/premaintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime and costs.
Safety is paramount; candidates must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications- Two (2) years of hands‑on maintenance experience with electrical equipment
- Degree in electrical field
- Experience planning and leading projects involving vendors and contractors
- Leadership experience
- Strong electrical knowledge covering PLCs, HMIs, AC & Dec drives, hydraulics, and power distribution
