Establish daily work assignments with leads and supervisors to maximize shift operations;
Maintain safety and shop housekeeping for all department teammates;
Troubleshoot production problems to minimize delays and ensure safe and efficient operation;
Oversee inventory needs and assist in the ordering process;
Operate and supervise department equipment including shearing machines, bending machines, forklifts, overhead cranes, grit blaster, powder coating booth, and spray equipment
