• 7am – 7pm – Saturday / Sunday

As a Skilled Nurse (RN or LPN), you will provide one‑on‑one care in a patient’s home. This unique setting allows you to develop meaningful relationships with patients and their families, delivering personalized, uninterrupted care throughout your shift.

• Observe patients and report significant conditions, reactions to medications, or changes in health status to the supervisor or physician.
• Understand and follow all nursing policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
• Deliver patient care based on the established care plan, updating as necessary.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring their effectiveness.
• Respond promptly and appropriately to changes in patient condition.

• Valid Driver’s License
