Location: Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
Schedule: Work Monday–Friday. Weekends are not required, but weekend availability may be needed for assignments.

Overview2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role you will execute a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, endcaps, performing buildouts, resets, display repairs, and following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to field services management within 24 hours of contact and keep availability updated.
- Fully complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and maintain displays, end caps, and fixtures per plan‑ograms and client requests.
- Complete necessary forms and surveys associated with each job/assignment.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and adhere to accurate timecard submission.
- Participate in and complete training and certification programs.
- Accurately track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Hours and locations may vary week to week, including occasional early mornings or holidays based on store/client requirements.
- Accept and schedule all assigned jobs within 48 hours of receipt.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shared services team members, local/regional markets, clients, retailers, and other stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration and communication across the organization.
- Demonstrate professionalism, effective communication, and leadership while representing the company.
- Set a high standard for behavior and maintain a positive work environment.
- Work across all aspects of the company and through cross‑functional processes to ensure alignment and operational success.
Ensure customer and client satisfaction is met and continually improved upon according to established shared service field KPIs.
Eligibility- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday through Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning and late‑night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
- Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Be able to kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, handle/grasp, and reach overhead.
- Ability to adjust to changing task variety and work environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email; use smartphone for clock‑in, upload photos, and apps.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not mandatory.
- Installation and merchandising experience preferred.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow planogram directives.
- Must own an Android or Apple device for uploads.
- Must navigate communication platforms independently.
- Must complete all training assignments within the designated time frame.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- $17.50 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay.
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Job assignments available Monday‑Friday; flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
