Bobcat Sales Representative

Atlas Bobcat, part of the Atlas Companies, is expanding to Kankakee, IL and we are hiring a full‑time Bobcat Sales Representative to develop a new territory opening in summer 2026.

• Generate leads and sell a full range of Bobcat construction equipment and grounds maintenance equipment (GME) within the assigned territory.
• Identify potential customers and business opportunities while proactively building strong customer relationships.
• Effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with new and existing customers.
• Support overall company growth by actively promoting and collaborating with the rental, parts, and service departments.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date customer information within the CRM system (Hub Spot).
• Tow equipment to customer sites to conduct product demonstrations, showcasing equipment capabilities.
• Coordinate the delivery and pickup of equipment to and from customer locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Prior sales experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self‑motivation with the ability to work independently.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• CDL/Medical certification is preferred at the time of hire and must be obtained within six months of hire.

• Requires standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 80 lbs., routinely 20‑50 lbs.
• Regular travel within the assigned territory is required; vehicle operation is necessary for this role.
• Responsible for the safe loading, unloading, transportation, and securement of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in accordance with company and FMCSA regulations.
• Must be able to frequently climb on and off trailers, enter and exit commercial vehicles, and secure equipment during loading, unloading, and transport activities.

Salary Description – Commission Base $65,000–$100,000
