What Makes You Our Leadership All‑Star
  • Proven success as an Assistant Director at a large school.
  • EEC Director II Certification.
  • 3–5 years of hands‑on teaching experience.
  • State licensing standards met, including criminal background screening and fingerprinting.
  • Education/experience in one of the following:
    • Bachelor’s degree + 6+ months in group childcare.
    • Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education.
    • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) + 1+ year in a supervisory role and 2+ years in group childcare.
  • Deep knowledge of national/state education standards, licensing, fire, health, and OSHA regulations.
  • Strong understanding of USDA Nutritional Standards for Schools.
  • Minimum 21 years of age with corporate driving requirements met.
