Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide patients with in‑home personal care and designated health‑related services to maintain the patient's physical and emotional well‑being. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing (in bed, tub or shower), hair care (shampoo, combing, brushing), dental care (dentures), nail care (filing only), skin care (peri‑care and lotion application), transfers (bed to chair, wheelchair, bedpan, commode, toilet). Report observations of the client's condition to the agency director or accounts manager.
Drive safely, comply with traffic regulations, and wear a seat belt when business travel is required. Assist with essential household tasks directly related to clients' personal care.
- Current driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation or access to public transportation
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to work flexible hours and independently
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client
- 6+ months of home care experience
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401(k) contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $14.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full‑time employment.
