Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Active MA PT license
• Home Health experience

Assignment Details

• Schedule:
  
  Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Weekend requirement:
  None
• Mileage reimbursed between patient visits
• Coverage area includes Mashpee, Falmouth, Sandwich, Bourne, and Buzzards Bay
• Responsibilities include starts of care, evaluations, visits, and supervising PTA
