Real Estate Management Company is seeking a Facilities & Property Maintenance Technician to oversee cleaning, upkeep, and basic maintenance across three residential buildings in Bourne and Sandwich, MA. Part-time, 32 hours per week, $28.00 per hour, reports to the Maintenance Director.
Candidate will perform daily cleaning, property walks, and assist with minor repairs and snow removal, while coordinating with contractors and residents.
