Marty's Chevroletis looking for motivated individuals ready to transition from BDC into Sales Consultant roles.

- Strong lead flow + established customer base
- $80K–$150K+ income potential (uncapped commission)
- 5-day work week (Closed Sundays)
- New & pre-owned inventory ready to sell
- Supportive, team-focused environment
- Guide customers through the sales process
- Match customers with the right vehicle
- Conduct test drives & present options
- Negotiate and close deals
- Follow up to build repeat & referral business
- BDC, customer service, or sales experience
- Strong communication & follow-up skills
- Motivated, positive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Driver's License
- High School Diploma/GED
- U.S. Work Authorization
- Health, Dental and Vision Insurance
