The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Breakfast Supervisor to lead our morning food and beverage operation, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service to start their day.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager and wider Food & Beverage team, you will oversee breakfast service, support team development, and help maintain the high standards expected across THE NICI Collection.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the breakfast service operation.
  • Ensure exceptional guest service at all times.
  • Support, motivate, and develop the breakfast team.
  • Manage guest requests and resolve any issues professionally.
  • Ensure restaurant presentation and cleanliness standards are maintained.
  • Assist with staff rotas, training, and daily briefings.
  • Support stock control and operational procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the kitchen and wider hotel teams.
About You
  • Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or food and beverage supervisory role.
  • Passion for hospitality and guest service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Professional, organised, and proactive approach.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
