As Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our spa guests, delivering a warm welcome and ensuring every guest receives exceptional service throughout their spa journey.

• Welcome guests and manage spa check-ins and departures.
• Handle bookings, enquiries, and treatment reservations.
• Promote spa services, memberships, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate guest records and appointment schedules.
• Support the spa team in delivering seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure reception and guest areas are always presented to a high standard.

• Previous reception, spa, hotel, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and guest-focused.
• Confident using booking systems and computer software.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional service.
