We're looking for Duty Managers who bring energy, leadership and a genuine passion for hospitality to every shift.

You'll lead from the front, support your team and help create the atmosphere that makes every visit memorable.

What You'll Be Doing

• Leading shifts across the venue
• Supporting and motivating team members throughout service
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Supporting service recovery where required
• Maintaining operational and compliance standards
• Driving a positive and engaging team culture
• Helping ensure the smooth running of the business

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who enjoys leading people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Previous supervisory or management experience within hospitality is desirable.
