Compensation

£43,000 per year (approximate). Salary set up to £34,500 per year plus additional incentives.

• Base Salary:
  Up to £34,500 per year depending on experience
• Tronc:
  Estimated £6.5k–£9.5k annually (tips shared equally across the team based on hours worked)
• Bonus:
  Up to £3,000 additional bonus potential
• Overtime Pay:
  Paid for hours beyond contract at normal hourly rate – no pre‑approval required

As an Assistant Manager you will lead daily operations at Cosy Club Bournemouth, ensuring guests enjoy a vibrant experience from brunch to late‑night. You will support the team, maintain high service standards, and foster a welcoming environment in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
