As a Science Technician, your responsibilities will include:

Preparing, organising and maintaining laboratory equipment for practical sessions
Coordinating and supervising the work of other technicians
Maintaining accurate records relating to stock, equipment and safety compliance
Supporting safe working practices, including risk assessments and adherence to regulations
Providing occasional in-class technical support during practical activities
As a Science Technician, your experience will include:

Previous experience in a science technician role
A Level 3 Science Qualification or relevant vocational certification
Strong understanding of laboratory safety requirements including COSHH
Experience supervising or guiding the work of others
Competence using and maintaining a range of scientific equipment
