Mobile Forklift Engineer – Bournemouth

We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join a leading materials handling company, covering the Bournemouth & surrounding areas. Will also consider technicians & engineers from similar industries looking for a change or into a mobile position.

The Role:

Service, repair and maintain forklifts and material handling equipment at customer sites
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults
Carry out planned preventative maintenance and breakdown support
Work independently in a mobile role, with support from the wider service team

39.5 hour working week:
Mon–Thurs 8am–4:30pm, Fri 8am–4pm
Door-to-door pay + overtime opportunities

About You:

Previous experience as a forklift engineer, plant fitter, vehicle technician, or similar
Strong skills in mechanical, electrical or hydraulic systems
NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) preferred, but not essential
IT literate, able to use technology for reporting and parts ordering
Full UK driving licence
