Position: Vehicle Damage - (L3) IEPA

About the Role

City & Guilds is a leading provider of End-point Assessments for over 50 apprenticeship standards across many industry areas. We are recruiting Independent End-point Assessors (IEPAs) to assess apprentices’ competence in line with City & Guilds End-point Assessment policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Our IEPAs assess and document apprentices’ competence against Apprenticeship Standards. Provide advice and support on End-point Assessment sites and to the End-point Assessment Team. This role offers the opportunity to use your industry expertise, work alongside your current job, build additional income with competitive daily rates, and expand your own skills and development.

Requirements
  • Industry specific qualification
  • Evidence of relevant and up-to-date CPD related directly to the standard & industry

Applicants must also meet the criteria set out in the Vehicle Damage Paint Technician person specification.

You’ll be reviewed against Paint.

For Paint:
Skills test totals 11 hours over 2 days for 5 tasks – length of each day dependent on tasks being performed on that day.

Application Process

If you would like to apply, complete the online application and map your experience and CPD log to show how you meet the requirements. A detailed CPD log demonstrating competency maintenance is required. Applications not clearly demonstrating these will not move on.

Following a successful review and vetting, you will be invited to a training session for the IEPA role. IEPAs are contracted on an annual basis and are not directly employed by City & Guilds Group.

EEO / Inclusive Workplace

We believe that diversity and inclusion strengthen and enrich us, and that it is the responsibility of everyone at City & Guilds Group to drive this value. We work hard to be inclusive in our approach to recruitment and associate opportunities, whilst still ensuring we meet our regulatory requirements. We strongly encourage and welcome applications from diverse and underrepresented communities.

For any support or adjustments with your application or role, email associate.
