Location

Site based, properties working around Dorset, Hampshire and Wiltshire regions.

Monday‑Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Plasterer to join Novus Property Solutions in the Responsive Repairs and minor works division, providing high‑quality repairs and replacement services within Social Housing tenanted properties. • Plastering background and experience in damp and mould remediation within tenanted Social Housing properties.
• Perform minor patch plastering to full room plastering, dry lining, flat and skim as required.
• Conduct damp & mould washing and thermal painting.
• Work on general repairs and maintenance in tenanted properties.
• Use job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system.
• Manage your own day and workload effectively.
• Deliver an outstanding service to customers, recognising that you are working in their homes.
• Follow Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards.

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering.
• Full UK driving licence.
• DBS check required.
