Apprenticeship Levels

• Level 3 (Advanced Apprenticeships) – for high‑school leavers aiming to earn and learn, requiring a minimum of 5 GCSE grades 5‑9 (C‑A*), including Maths and English.
• Level 4 (Higher Apprenticeship) – for college leavers, requiring 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C (or merit) or above.
• Level 5 or 6 (Foundation Degree or Degree Apprenticeship) – for college leavers seeking a degree‑level qualification, requiring 3 A Levels or BTEC equivalent at grade C (or merit) or above.

Apprentices will receive hands‑on experience across real projects, be supported and mentored, and earn while learning. The programme includes community building activities and a qualification pathway. Apprentices will work with Siemens Mobility to contribute to future‑ready transport solutions.
