MOT Tester​/Technician

An established and reputable independent automotive workshop in Bournemouth is seeking an experienced Vehicle Tester / Technician to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated technician who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and providing excellent customer service.

• Carrying out MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
• Completing vehicle inspections, servicing, and maintenance work.
• Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintaining accurate job records and documentation.
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures.

• Qualified Vehicle Technician (Level 2/3 NVQ or equivalent).
• MOT Tester licence preferred, but not essential.
• Previous experience within a workshop environment.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
