Blink Charging is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Service Associate to support daily office operations. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision, with a high level of attention to detail.
Job Qualifications- Reliable transportation – must have own vehicle or dependable means of commuting to office location
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic
- Customer service experience
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
- Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
- Greet and manage visitor sign‑in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.)
- Track packages and maintain shipping logs
- Process mail merges and bulk mailings when required
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
- Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
- Ensure office equipment is stocked and functioning properly (printers, copiers, etc.)
- Coordinate with vendors for office supply deliveries
- Perform data entry and document scanning as required
- Assist with special projects and event coordination
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed (travel arrangements, calendar management, etc.)
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
- Keep common areas organized and presentable
