Position Overview

Blink Charging is seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Office Service Associate to support daily office operations. This role is essential to maintaining a professional, organized, and efficient workplace environment. The ideal candidate will be dependable, proactive, and capable of managing multiple administrative tasks with minimal supervision, with a high level of attention to detail.

Job Qualifications
  • Reliable transportation – must have own vehicle or dependable means of commuting to office location
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Punctual and dependable with strong work ethic
  • Customer service experience
  • Problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Positive attitude and team‑oriented mindset
Job Requirements
  • Answer and direct incoming calls as needed
  • Greet and manage visitor sign‑in procedures and ensure security protocols are followed
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
  • Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipments with carriers (UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, etc.)
  • Track packages and maintain shipping logs
  • Process mail merges and bulk mailings when required
  • Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital)
  • Monitor office supply inventory and place orders as needed
  • Ensure office equipment is stocked and functioning properly (printers, copiers, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors for office supply deliveries
  • Perform data entry and document scanning as required
  • Assist with special projects and event coordination
  • Support team members with administrative tasks as needed (travel arrangements, calendar management, etc.)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information
  • Keep common areas organized and presentable
